RENTAL INFORMATION
- Rent includes
all utilities except telephone
- Cable television
is available at tenant expense, but there is also regular antenna
hookup at no expense
- Must be
62 years of age or older

levels eligible for one of the projects
- Subsidy
could be available for qualified tenants. Rent for subsidized
units is based on 30% of adjusted income
- Rents can
range from $25 to $545, with the average rent approximately $285.00
Belmond Community
Apartments, Inc. is an elderly housing apartment complex. Applicants
must be 62 years of age or older capable of complying with lease
requirements.
All income levels
are eligible for one of our projects. The other projects could have
subsidy available for qualified tenants. For these tenants, rent
is based on 30% of adjusted income.
The appliances
are furnished, which includes stove, refrigerator and window air
conditioner. Also included in the rent are all utilities except
telephone. Cable television and noon meals Monday through Friday
are available as an option at tenant expense.
